Centrally located Oasis with veggie breakfast

My pretty lilttle oasis is centrally located just 14 walking minutes away from the city center and the main station. You also find a tram stop right around the corner, that's just 3 stops away from the main station. There is also an Aldi closeby, just as various little oriental shops that sell fresh fruits and veggies. If you're vegan or vegetarian and tell me early enough in advance - a week or so will suffice - i will include a little vegan or vegetarian breakfast. Other things to note Check-In time on weekdays is anytime after 5 pm (17 Uhr) to 1 or 2 am. On weekends it's from 3 pm (15 Uhr) Check out-time is 7 am on weekdays and 11 am on weekends.
