Our house is located in the centre of Kallnach, a well-kept village in the region of the Three Lakes. The bright and friendly flat for exclusive use is on the top floor. The flat has a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony. There are three restaurants and a small supermarket (7/7) in the village. The train station is 650m from the house. The space In one bedroom there is a double bed (160cm), in the other bedroom there are two single beds (90cm). The kitchen is small, but fully equipped. A rich first breakfast to prepare yourself the next day will be ready for you on arrival and is included in the price. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. A note on the climate in midsummer (July-August): The accommodation corresponds to the standard of a Swiss rental flat. As the flat is on the top floor, it can get very warm during the day. There is a fan in every room, but no air conditioning. In the evening it cools down outside and you can ventilate. In winter, the central heating (heat pump) runs around the clock. The room temperature can be regulated in each room via thermostats.
