Bookings are either for one full week or for two full weeks. The cottage is converted from a traditional single storey granite barn. It is the sole letting unit on a 3 acre smallholding, so is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday or for an out of season break. Situated near to Marazion in West Cornwall, the cottage is well furnished. The bedroom with kingsize bed has an en-suite bathroom. The main room has a lounge area and a kitchen/dining area. (Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement) The space A lovely little cornish barn conversion. Lounge with fully fitted kitchen at one end. Bedroom looking out onto the meadow. The king-sized bed has crisp white cotton bed linen. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over. The cottage has Electric Heating throughout. Outside is a patio and grassy sitting area , overlooking countryside and the sunset... although cannot promise a sunset every evening! Guest access You have the whole small detached barn conversion, situated on a quiet small-holding. You have private access. We live in the main house, which is across the yard, should you require any help or advice. Other things to note Access to the private off road parking area is slightly narrow, but a relative’s Land Rover Discovery fits down the drive with ease. (A large campervan type vehicle may find the entrance quite tight.) Cars can be parked under the car port. There is turning space in the farm yard. In winter/wet times it would be appreciated if outdoor shoes are removed rather than walking mud around the cottage.
