My villa is 60 km from ROME, 40 km from Frosinone, 18 km from Sabaudia, 22 km from San Felice Circeo and 30 km from Terracina, where you can also enjoy excellent fresh fish at any time of the year, 6 km from Latina, 9 km from the Foceverde promenade. Neptune and Anzio are very close to 20 and 30 minutes by car, very renowned for the nightlife and shopping, as well as the beautiful beaches on the waterfront. During the fall period, as well as in winter, it is a great place to disconnect a few days from your work routine and take advantage of a few minutes by car for a visit to the Castello di Sermoneta, or go and enjoy in Bassiano the renowned seasoned ham, as well as walking in the nearby Sezze that has excellent and cheap trattorias and restaurants with typical homemade cuisine. The nearby Ninfa Gardens are also very nice, which open to the public on the first Sunday of the month. The room is more suitable for couples, sole adventurers and business travelers. Pets are not allowed since two beautiful and very quiet German shepherds live on the property who welcome guests with us and live in their spaces without bothering us.
