Hiking trails connected in a quiet location. Large balcony overlooking the Kampenwand. The apartment is on the second floor of our house. Sleeping accommodation for two people. Attractive excursion options such as the Chiemsee are a few minutes drive away. Please note the information! The space There is a bedroom (double bed (200 x 200) as well as a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower. All living rooms are tiled or have high-quality laminate. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (200 x 200). We have placed a lot of emphasis on high-quality mattresses, blankets and bedding. For cooler nights, cuddly blankets are available. A cabinet with drawers and hangers is also available and if there is still something to store, an additional shelf. The bedroom can be completely darkened. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, kettle and coffee machine as well as a refrigerator, oven and stove. There is also a freezer and a dishwasher. Dishwashing detergent, dishwashing tablets and glass cleaner can also be found. In addition, there is a small supply of spices, vinegar and oil and pasta. Coffee, tea and mineral water are available to welcome you so that your vacation can start right away. In the living room you will find a flat-screen TV (satellite), a small selection of books and a collection of games to pass the time. And if there is something to celebrate, we have provided you with wine and champagne glasses. Towels, soap and hairdryer are of course available. At the cloakroom you will also find brooms and dustpan. From the spacious balcony, you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the Chiemgau Alps. A small table and chairs invite you to do so. Smoking is also allowed on the balcony. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment itself! We ask for your understanding. And for the wet bathing suits, a clothesline is pulled on the balcony and you will also find clothespins there. And since we have already been asked by guests: there is warm water and every room is heatable ;) WiFi can be used free of charge. Guest access Separate access to the apartment. Private parking is available. In the absence of the hosts, the key to the apartment is in a safe with a number code. Other things to note Please note: €1.50 tourist tax must be paid per guest per night. We have to pay this tax 1:1 to the municipality. We will print a guest card for you. This allows you to take advantage of the attractive possibilities of the spa and recreational facilities (free use of the Chiemgau train as well as many discounts on site). Please pay this fee in cash on site. Distance to Aschau train station about 2 km, nearest bus stop 150 m. The center of Aschau is a 15-minute walk away. The cable car station of the Kampenwandbahn is about a 5-minute walk. In summer, it is a great starting point for visiting various alpine pastures and hiking trails. In winter, the starting point for skiing and tobogganing. The Priental with its ski centers Kampenwand and Sachrang offers about 18.5 km of prepared, double-track cross-country ski trails through the charming winter landscape. The cross-country ski trail in the district of Sachrang also offers floodlights until 9 pm. The children's hospital in Aschau is about 3 km away. The Chiemsee, about 10 km away, with its best water quality, invites you to swim and go boating in summer and allows a relaxed ride with the Chiemsee boat to the islands or to the other side of the lake. But even in winter, a visit by boat to the dreamy island of Frauenchiemsee with its monastery or a tour of Ludwig II's Herrenchiemsee Palace is worthwhile.
