Living in fairytale land

Cozy 2 room apartment for two to three people with TV, sun balcony and private entrance in a fantastic location on the outskirts with perfect infrastructure and transport links to the city center ,clinics,trade fairs, thermal baths as well as culture and leisure. The space I live very quietly by the forest . However, I will be in the city , train station or on the highway in 10 minutes by car or public transport. Guest access On everything that is inside of the apartment . Other things to note It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment .
