The space The entrance to the house is in the back. It gives access to the living room, a shower room with adjoining office/bedroom and a separate toilet with sink. The living room with open kitchen is large (75 m2) and has access to a wooden terrace of 75 m2. Living room and terrace have sea view. Behind the kitchen, a TV room/games room and on the mezzanine an attic bedroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms including 2 with sea views, each equipped with a double bed, a bathroom with sea view (double sink, bathtub and shower) and separate toilet with sink.
