Come and enjoy our lovely renovated 55 m2 T3, on the first floor of a detached house, with a magnificent sea view. You will only have to cross the street to enjoy a large family beach. You will have a spacious living room with a functional kitchen and sitting area. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. Enjoy the outdoors with the long balcony and a shaded courtyard (parking and barbecue area). The space Leucate Plage, nestled against its cliff planted with vines, is a small family seaside resort, quiet and pleasant. A bike path connects it to the old typical village of the Midi where you will find all the shops, services, cafes, restaurants and market. In addition, another place to walk 2 km, the village of fishermen of the pond will allow you to taste their succulent oysters! Guest access The day before your arrival we will reveal the access code of the lockbox and the exact address. Guests can use our courtyard with a gate where they can park their car and spend pleasant moments around a barbecue! Other things to note We rely on guests to clean before they leave. Linens and towels are not provided.
