P.2661 The space About 250 meters from the sea, reachable on foot via a private internal road that runs along the river bank (dry in summer) and offers natural shade thanks to the flowering and fragrant oleanders. Private property with a garden cultivated as an orchard, entirely fenced on all sides up to the sea, which is accessed via a private road with typical reed and flowered with fragrant oleanders and bordering the dune. Guest access The following are available to guests in the common areas located on the south side of the villa: -parking at the house and outdoor water (outdoor shower, stone laundry tub and some pumps), -barbecue equipped with grills, outdoor oven, table shaded by a large tree. Shaded parking lots also at the beach via an internal driveway characterized by typical vegetation including reeds, wild blackberries, flowering oleanders and eucalyptus trees of various sizes. Other things to note Animals are not allowed in the property or on the nearby beach of Foximanna, which has a lifeguard on duty.
