You will be staying in a centrally located, newly renovated, beautiful apartment in an old historical building which is located in a quiet, closed yard with your own parking and independent entrance. This spacious apartment was created by a known Lithuanian designer to make your stay extremely comfortable and inspiring. The space Two ground-floor apartments with separate entrances make it very easy to move in and start enjoying your visit (you won’t have to drag your suitcases up the stairs simply because there are none!). The 2-storey 19th century building has been beautifully renovated and is well hidden in a peaceful courtyard behind the gates – hence, you are guaranteed to get a good night’s rest with zero noise from the street. Once you are in, you will be delighted to find everything you need for your stay: brand-new comfy furniture, a safe to lock your valuables away, appliances including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a full oven, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, an iron and a clothes rack, a fridge with a good-size freezer, a camera, a hair dryer, cable TV with sound system. The floors are heated and the air circulation system that ensures a microclimate that contributes to your wellbeing. The kitchen will surprise you with its variety of dishpans and glassware worthy of your classy taste in food and beverage. For guests arriving in their own vehicles, we offer free parking right next to the apartments – you will even get your own remote control to open and close the gates without ever having to step out of the car. Apartments with a separate entrance are located on the first floor (i.e. you do not have to sweat and bulge your eyes to drag your heavy suitcase into the “weird corner” to the attic floor along a narrow and dark staircase, the existence of which you were not warned about) completely restored two-storey house of the first half of the XIX century, located in the courtyard always closed by automatic gates, where the noise of the street does not reach. Your quiet leisure and full sleep are guaranteed! The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a quality stay: new and comfortable furniture, a safe for storing valuables and documents, the whole range of household appliances - washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, iron, dryer, refrigerator with freezer, hair dryer, also cable TV and music center. The apartment is equipped with a self-contained sex heating system and a forced ventilation and air recovery system, therefore, the apartment is always a favorable and comfortable microclimate. You have at your disposal all the utensils you need in everyday life – from a pan to wine glasses. Free parking is available for guests arriving by car near the apartments. For unobstructed access to the yard, a remote control of the yard gate is issued. Guest access !!!HOW TO FIND THE APARTMENT!!! Situated in a very pleasant and convenient neighbourhood of Old Town, our apartments are only in a 3-minute walking distance from the railway and bus stations, or a 10-minute cab ride from Vilnius airport. From the airport: - Take a special train scheduled to depart 16 times daily. It brings you to the railway station and the fare is a mere EUR 0,70, which can be paid upon boarding the train. Getting to the apartments from the railway station is quite easy: take a right from the railway station building, cross the street once you pass McDonalds and take a flight of steps down towards a house which side boasts an enormous figure of a man painted in yellow graffiti (as seen on the photo); walk about 20 metres along the side of the said building till you reach the gated archway –and you are there… at this point, just give me a call and I will come greet you! - Take a shuttle bus N88 and get off at “Bazilijonu” stop, walk uphill on Pylimo street for about a 100 metres. Once you reach Building N 60 on your left (still on Pylimo street), you will see an archway with a heavy set of metal doors – the apartments are right behind these doors (again, call me at this point). -Take a “TOKS” minibus all the way to the bus station. The fare would cost you a whole EUR 1.00. The bus station is right next to the railway station (follow the railway station directions above). -Grab a cab or an Uber ride – this will set you off EUR 10, depending on the service provider. If you choose this mode of transportation, please provide the driver with the full address - Pylimo 60. The apartment is located in a strategically convenient area of the old town: a 3-minute walk from the railway and bus stations, a 10-minute drive from the airport. From the airport you can easily and quickly reach: - on a special train that runs 16 times a day, to the railway station. A ticket costs 0.70 euros and you can buy it, including in the train itself. From the railway station to the apartment it is very easy to get: from the station building to the right, past the McDonalds restaurant, then go to the other side of the street and go down the steps to the house with a huge yellow graffiti man on the side facade of the house (see photo), and after walking a couple of tens of meters along the facade to the arch with the gate – you are at the target, call me and I will meet you! - by shuttle bus N88 to the stop “Bazilijonu”, from which to the apartments, up the street Pylimo - 100 meters. When you reach the house N 60 on the left side of Pylimo Street, you will see an arch with a closed metal gate – behind them, in the courtyard and there are apartments. - by minibus “toks” to the bus station. Ticket – 1 euro. The bus station is located near the railway station(URL HIDDEN)by taxi or Uber – the price is up to 10 euros, depending on the company. But in this case, tell the driver the address of your arrival - Pylimo 60 ! Other things to note Dear guests! From 1st of July 2018, Vilnius city is introducing a new city tax. The tax rate is 1euro person/night. Airbnb won't include it in the price automatically. I will kindly ask you to pay this tax in cash when we meet or if you want I can include this tax to the price after you make a reservation. No city tax is charged upon: patients for whom the medical rehabilitation services are paid from the budget of the National Health Insurance Fund; persons under 18 or older school pupils who have produced a pupil’s certificate; disabled persons for whom a 0-40% working capacity has been established; long-term lease (1 month or longer);
