Welcome to our modern family house located in the pretty seaside village of Selsey. A short walk to local cafes and restaurants. Visit our two beautiful beaches with fishing boats and Lifeboat Station or carry on to Pagham / Medmerry Nature Reserves for a relaxing walk or cycle ride. An ideal location to visit Goodwood for its horse racing, Festival of Speed and Revival events. Also Chichester, West Wittering Beach, Bosham, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and Arundel are all within easy reach. The space This king sized bedroom has an en-suite, Tea Tray, double wardrobe and chest of draws. Guests have sole use of a large lounge with T.V/ DVDs/ Netflix and and various Boardgames available. A kitchen/breakfast room for continental breakfast. Use of large enclosed garden. During your stay I am happy to talk to guests about the local area on arrival or during their stay. We have a comprehensive range of tourist information leaflets for Selsey, Chichester and the surrounding areas in the lounge. Also I am more than happy to answer any questions or find out specific information for guests prior to arrival. Other things to note Unfortunately we are unable to accept animals, due to a family allergy sufferer. We have 2 parking spaces outside the house, booked on a first come, first served basis with free on street parking on the estate if required. Space available for 2/3 motorbikes and / or bicycles in a locked garage, by prior arrangement. Some adult family bicycles may be available to borrow for cycling around Selsey by prior arrangement ( at your own risk - we advise bringing a helmet ) or bike hire is available at the local bicycle shop 'Peddlewise' in the High Street if you wish to cycle outside of Selsey. Normally we only open for Goodwood Events, although we are happy to consider opening up the calendar during our closed dates, please message for room avaliability. We have other Airbnb rooms within the house.
