Houseboat in Leiden

My houseboat is within walking distance of downtown but is still very quiet and green. Shops, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Close to bus stops and the Centraal Station. Living room with open kitchen and sliding doors to the terrace. Two bedrooms, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a separate toilet. Washing machine and dryer can be used. Bikes are available to use. Parking space in front of the door. IN JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST, ONLY BOOK FOR AT LEAST A WEEK. The space Light, sunny living room with open kitchen. Sliding doors to the terrace by the water where you can sit under a parasol on comfortable loungers. The swans and ducks come by to see if there is any bread to get, and you see a lot of birds. Sometimes the neighbors' cat comes by to try to catch a fish (but this never works). In the water, people swim in the summer and skate in the winter. The view over the water and all the greenery is beautiful. In the master bedroom is a large, adjustable double bed. In the smaller bedroom, there are 2 single beds. Guest access Parking is usually possible in front of the door or otherwise nearby. Entrance through the garden. Lots of privacy. In summer, people swim and in winter, they skate!
