The space The property offers a self-service breakfast area available every morning from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with a selection of typical island products and others. During the day, guests can use a fridge, coffee machine and microwave. "La Cicia" is the smallest of the rooms available, located in a cozy family-run Bed & Breakfast, consisting of three double rooms, each with a private bathroom. Guests can share the garden, veranda, and breakfast room, offering a balance between intimacy and sharing. The property is strategically located for those who want to explore the entire island, being just a two-minute drive from the port and five minutes from the white pebble beaches of Portoferraio. The historic center of Portoferraio is easily accessible, one kilometer away. In addition, one of the main bus stops is 100 meters away, with direct connections to all locations on the island. During the winter period, the property is ideal for teachers and medical staff, thanks to its proximity to the ISIS Foresi high school and the hospital. Guest access The property offers the possibility of free parking, with plenty of spaces available in the small street before the Bed & Breakfast, guaranteeing a quiet area without parking problems. Guests can use the garden and, upon request, pets are allowed. This combination of services ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay. During your stay In addition to check-in, you will see me every morning for breakfast, which I will personally prepare. Living in the same structure, we will certainly have the opportunity to meet during the rest of the day. I am always available for some advice and to assist guests at any time.
