Positive vibes comfy near hospitals and clinics

This place is quiet. Near everything. Great restaurants. 7/11, bars, banks, supermarket around the block. There is a lot of beaches around, 20 minutes of a picturesque driving. Yes the apartment has a full kitchen. There is a super market right around the corner, also 7/11, bars, Chinese food, Italian food. The space You have full access to kitchen, living room, beautiful deck and backyard with a small garden. Guest access You have full access to kitchen, living/dining rooms During your stay I like socializing. I’m a chef by trade. Love to cook and entertain. Not necessarily what I do here but I’m very approachable and easy to communicate with and very responsive to requests.
