Bright 70's-chic flat in a great part of London

Lots of natural light - our flat gets the sun all day. Modern equipped in a retro 70's style. South-facing balcony overlooking trees. Quiet - no road noise - yet near all amenities. Beautiful Victoria Park, Regents Canal, outdoor markets and food stalls just round the corner, & wide range of cafes, restaurants and independent shops. By public transport 10 mins to The City and 25 mins to the west end. In cycle hire and cycle taxi zone. Easy access to Heathrow on new Elizabeth Line. The space Welcome to our home. This is where we live, but will be away during your stay. The living and kitchen area is open plan and bright with a south-facing balcony with an outlook of trees. In summer the view is mostly of foliage but of course in winter the trees become bare and the view is of buildings and sky. Our flat is set away from roads so there is negligible traffic noise, though you may here sirens or the occasional motorbike in the distance. The bedroom is also south-facing at the rear and is very quiet. Bathroom is modern with very good overhead shower, and a bath if you feel like having a soak. Because we normally live here most of our things will still be here during your stay but packed away in cupboards and drawers. We will leave a chest of drawers in the bedroom empty for your clothes, a small cabinet in the lounge , and a cupboard in the kitchen if you buy food. The fridge will be empty and there will be space in the freezer. Guest access Full use of our one-bedroom flat. You can walk and cycle to everything you need. Numerous bus and train connections to central London and train stations - you rarely need to wait more than five minutes.
