Set in the grounds of the owners’ home, this former coach house has been converted into an open-plan, detached studio which provides spacious and thoughtfully designed holiday accommodation, perfect for couples or a small family. The property occupies a great position within the village of Cheddleton, and there are lovely countryside views which can be enjoyed from the well-kept gardens and orchard. Cheddleton is situated above the Caldon Canal and River Churnet in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands, making it a great area for walking. There are lots of amenities available in the local area including pubs, restaurants, take-aways and recreation facilities. A wider range of amenities can be found in the market town of Leek, which is famous for its antique shops and is just 3 miles away. There are lots of attractions and places of interest within easy driving distance such as The Flint Mill, 220 yards away, and the Churnet Valley Railway which is 2 miles or a 15-minute walk. Also, Waterworld and The Potteries at Stoke on Trent is 10 miles, and Alton Towers is 12 miles. National Trust properties in the area include Biddulp Grange, 6 miles, White Peak, which incorporates Dovedale and Manifold Valley, 10 miles and Sudbury Hall ,17 miles. The Peak District National Park is also very accessible from here. Shop ½ mile, pub 80 yards and restaurant 200 yards.
