Small cottage in Peak District 1 x King Bed only

A private space with ensuite bathroom, lounge area, 1 x king bed only, kitchenette (hob only) Studio style, large courtyard, lockable garage. Dog friendly up to two dogs. Complimentary cold breakfast provision. Washing up done by host as no kitchen sink. Located a short distance from Bakewell/Matlock in the village of Birchover. checkin 3pm checkout 10am. We love dogs but do not allow to be left unattended or on our bedding. A cosy space ideal for exploring the Peak District. The space The area is part of our home however you are able to enjoy complete privacy as the integral door is secured. We provide the use of a secure large garage with electric doors and the property itself is positioned down a small private lane and has large metal gates that are secured. You have bedroom, food preparation area, lounge with t.v. and free wifi,, en suite shower room. All private. We provide all bed linen and towels. We do ask if you are bringing a dog with you and wish for them to join you on the bed that you bring your own bed linen. Guest access Guests have private unshared access to all areas described including outside area. Other things to note Our property is dog friendly, however we do respectfully ask that if you wish for your dog to join you at any point on the bed that you bring your own bedding. We have had situations before where dog hair has become entwined into the bedding and we have been unable to get it out through washing and therefore had to totally replace it which can be expensive. We ask visitors to respect our local businesses whilst still enjoying our amazing area. Our local pubs are very friendly, they just ask everyone to be sensible. Both pubs are within a couple of minutes walk and both are dog friendly. This property is located in the country and an annex to our farmhouse. If you are looking for a five star hotel type of accommodation this is not going to be for you. However saying that we pride ourselves on presenting the property to a high standard and there are many extras that you will have during your stay that you do not get in other properties, such as full sky, unlimited wifi, very large private courtyard with ample parking along with a lockable large garage. We also have an outside room with leather sofa's in the even you wish to have some fresh air but it's raining, we also find our Doggy friends love this space.
