Cozy room in organically built wooden house

You rent a room in my organically built wooden house on the 2nd floor. The room is about 22 square meters, furnished with a 120 cm wide bed, wardrobe, dresser, shelf, desk and seating. In the hallway there is a refrigerator, dining table with chairs, the possibility to make a coffee and to heat a small item in the air fryer or to cook on an induction hot plate. Elaborate cooking is not possible. A shower room and separate toilet are provided. The space The house is located in a quiet forest area and is still only about 15 km from the airport, Frankfurt and Wiesbaden. 5 km to the A 66 5, to the A 3 and the Wiesbaden intersection. A vehicle is absolutely necessary as public transport is too far away. Please note: Home office is not possible in my accommodation. I only host guests who work during the day. Guest access In front of the bathroom there is a balcony that you are welcome to use. My garden is also there for you to relax. During your stay I live on the ground floor of the house and am always available for you. Other things to note I would like to point out that working from home is not possible in my house. A wooden house is too noisy to be able to convert this room into an office. A cat lives in the house, please note because of cat hair allergy, even if the cat never stays on the 1st floor. Please remember that public transport is too far away and you need a vehicle. There is neither a television nor a washing machine.
