A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, min 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, min 3 nights. Message for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Cabin (Bed 5): Mar to Oct on request, sleeps 2. The space Well equipped, dog friendly, comfortable family home. We have a simple summer house in the garden as a glamping option, with two sturdy beds and a camp bed, for an extra couple or two children. These are made up on request. The garden is sheltered and not overlooked. Ping pong can be played in the garage or the garden. There is space to park three cars on the drive, off the road behind the gate. Guest access The whole house except the attic. Other things to note Whilst we want our guests to feel at home, please note that this is not a party house and the space should be respected.
