If your looking for a cheap, nice and cosy place to stay, we are offering this cracking little bargain that we like to rent out per week for £225 (5 nights) If you just want a weekend booking we do it for £180, (Friday & Saturday). It'll sleep 3 adults (1 double & 1 single bed). It has NowTv, YouTube, Sky Movies & Entertainment etc and a blistering fast Virgin Broadband. You can hop on a train at the end of the lane, (Orrell Park), or park a car on the grounds or on the road outside for FREE! The space This flats a bit of a shy one, because once your in it, you'll love it. The flat has a nice, large living room with a cracking TV, with streaming available and unlimited WiFi via Virgin cable. If you have your own login for your own streaming service - remember to bring your HDMI connector or Login details with you. The bedroom is also large enough for 3 adults to use. Once your inside, it becomes very nice, quiet and cosy and is often booked by Nurses who don't want to share their accommodation anymore with other colleagues. The house is professionally cleaned by a local company and each guest changeover receive fresh towels and bed linen, freshly laundered and ironed. The flat has its limitations as due to its age, it’s never going to be as modern as a new apartment, but the discount in its prices are phenomenal which makes it permanently in high demand. Guest access You will be living on the first floor at the top of one flight of stairs. You will rent the whole flat which consists of hallway, Lounge, Kitchenette, Living Room and a Family Room, ( with a single + a double bed). The flat is quiet considering it is on a mian road in Orrell Park, which is always bustling. Parking is FREE on the driveway or on the road if the driveway is full. Other things to note Energy usage such as gas & electricity is paid for by guests due to our discounted rates and additional energy supplies and consumables are easily purchased from anywhere by smartphone or local shops. We give you a starting amount of energy on the meters, (min £5 on each), so the flat is fully functional upon your arrival. You can have a bath or shower with unlimited instant hot water supplied by the flats own boiler.
