Heated pool in season. 40 minutes from Rennes and Dinan, about 1 hour from the Emerald Coast (Pléneuf-Val-André, Erquy, Saint-Malo) and the Gulf of Morbihan (Vannes). The space The cottage consists of: On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, classic and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster) open to dining area and living room (TV), and a bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, washing machine). In the mezzanine (open to the living room): a double bed (160 cm) with toilet (toilet, sink), and access to a bedroom equipped with a 90 cm bed and a 120 cm bed. Free Wi-Fi Heating: wood stove (wood provided) Sheets are provided and the bed is made on arrival (towels not provided). We do not charge a cleaning fee but can offer a cleaning fee if you do not wish to clean when you leave. Available: Pool room, ping pong table. Board games (indoors and outdoors) The 14 m x 3.5 m swimming pool, heated from mid-June to mid-September (or even longer if the weather is favorable), is secured by a roller shutter, accessible at any time and shared only with our family. No smoking allowed. We do not accept your pets because we already have a dog (very friendly) and two cats that you may meet.
