La Maison Rouge, peaceful rural retreat with pool

La Maison Rouge is perfect for couples or a young family with a baby. Set in the 4 acres of grounds with the market town of Lezay just 7km away this is the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. The gite itself is well equipped and has a private garden with seating and BBQ. Guests have access to the 12x6m swimming pool, games room and children's play area. Ample parking, good Wifi and English freesat and French TV. Lots to see and do in the local area with the sea just 90 minutes away. The space La Maison Rouge is an open plan gite, formerly 'The Bread Oven'. There is a kitchen, diner, lounge and then a couple of steps up into the bedroom and shower room. The gite has an enclosed garden to the side of the building with a small patio, table and chairs and BBQ all overlooking the horse paddock. Guest access The gite has its own private garden area but the large pool, games room and children’s play area are shared with our other 2 two bedroom gites. The pool is open from 9am - 8pm each day. Other things to note La Maison Rouge is part of the gite complex Forest Gites. The 12 x 6m swimming pool, games room and play area are shared with two other gites which sleep 4 and 5 guests. We accept dogs in the gite but ask they are kept on leads when outside the secure gite garden as we have ponies and other animals on site. Sorry no cats.
