Room ideally located south-facing in a new house in a very quiet subdivision 500 meters from the Gulf of Morbihan, in the heart of the Rhuys peninsula. Direct walking access to Port-Navalo from where shuttles leave for the Gulf of Morbihan and the islands of Quiberon Bay. Bike paths, coastal hiking trails, village shops, markets and beaches within walking distance. Supermarket, restaurants and pubs within a kilometer on the Port du Crouesty. Guest access By renting the private room located upstairs in my house, you will have private access to the bathroom (with toilet) also located upstairs. You can also enjoy the following common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen as well as the garden and wooden terrace (grill available). During your stay I live on the ground floor of my house and will be able to remain discreet throughout your stay, but I am willing to share a moment with you, if you wish (information about the area, advice...). Other things to note possibility, if necessary, to safely store 1 or 2 bikes in the garage.
