Kerludu Yurt

A very bright 50m2 space with a wood burning stove in the center. Light enters through 3 wall glazed frames + roof glazed dome. Kitchenette. Bed (120) and sofa bed (140) . Shared bathroom in the house. The space My main residence consists of an eco-designed wooden house and a yurt. I propose the yurt for rent with bathroom (+ dry toilet) shared in the house. In the yurt there is a kitchenette with a gas stove 3 fires, as well as a sink and a fridge and all the necessary to cook : saucepan, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc... It is located 10min walk from the beach of Gouérou which is a bodyboard spot. The yurt is a very soft and very soothing round space: you feel like in a cocoon, a feeling amplified by the insulation with sheep wool that dulls the sounds. In the evening we hear the sea... Depending on the period chosen, gusts of wind more or less strong can make some nights agitated. It's a bit like sleeping on a boat : the yurt doesn't pitch, won't fly away, but its canvas doesn't snap... Guest access The yurt is independent of the house. Between the two a small terrace. The yurt overlooks a small valley facing south. Other things to note I designed and self-built the yurt and the house. I put all my heart into it, all my dreams and all my friends helped me! But the project is not yet complete : the garden offers a sunny dining area, a terrace with barbecue facilities and valley views. The great advantage of this place is its geographical location: by the sea, in the countryside and in the village. The yurt is located 10 minutes walk from the sea to the west. It overlooks a lush valley located in a protected natural area in the southeast. It is in the village (in the north a subdivision, in the southwest a recent wooden house and old Breton farms). By a trail in the middle of nature you reach the center of the village in 20min.
