Popenguine is located in Petite-Côte, 25 minutes from the new airport, known for its beautiful sea and its beach of broken shells, it is a destination for a tourism that loves tranquility. Le Bouganinvillier is a 700m2 property located in the village, 5 minutes from the wonderful beach, the forest reserve of Cupaam and many other places to explore (Mbour, Saly, Lac Rose, Dakar, Bandhia reserve, Siné Saloum…). The property offers an oasis of peace, it is like a small village, consisting of the owner's house, two four-bed houses with private bathroom and a house divided into two double bedrooms with private bathroom, spaces to rest, chat, have breakfast and a terrace overlooking the village and the sea on the horizon. It has electricity, water, and wifi. The thick presence of fruit and decorative plants makes the property a favorite place for many colorful birds that mark the day with their songs. Other things to note The property is 25 minutes from the airport. Upon request, a shuttle can be arranged at a cost of 15,000 CFA (23 euros).
