Large family home of 240 m2 completely renovated on three floors. We kept the old floor tiles, stone walls and some beautiful beams and modernized it. On the ground floor you will find a small game room, a large kitchen of 25 m2 and large living and dining room of 40 m2. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms with a closet, a separate bathroom and toilet and a laundry room, and on the top floor a large master suite of 60 m2 with a magnificent view. The space This house is located in the heart of the medieval village of Lautrec, which has been voted one of the 15 most beautiful villages in France. You can choose to enjoy the house, garden and pool and stroll on foot or choose to visit Castres, Albi, Ambialet, Cordes sur Ciel and the vineyards of Gaillac. You will enjoy our gastronomy and our wines as well as the sweetness of typically French living and can browse our famous markets of Realmont on Wednesday, Lautrec on Friday and Revel and Castres on Saturday. This house lends itself to settling down, enjoying our beautiful region. All the windows overlook the garden and provide a beautiful brightness. The house faces south and remains cool and pleasant during the summer thanks to its stone walls. The top floor is nevertheless equipped with air conditioning for more comfort on hot days because the room has large bay windows offering magnificent views of the Lautrec mill and the valley. Guest access The house is rented to you entirely, and you benefit from a grassy garden of 150 m2, a dining area under an arbor in the shade of a wisteria and a salt pool. The pool is 3.80 meters by 8 meters. It has a beach on which children can play and is secured by an integrated roller shutter. Other things to note Lautrec allows hiking or biking departures from the village itself and allows you to do everything on foot without worrying about your car. Don't hesitate to come in Autumn or Spring because the landscapes are beautiful.
