The space Lovely 90 m2 stone house, renovated and carefully decorated, warm, comfortable and fully equipped. It is located in the heart of a lovely green setting, in a very large and beautiful garden of 5000 m2. Completely enclosed by walls, this garden is particularly suitable for small children, while the calm and bucolic view of the house delight the older ones. Located 300 m from the nearby village and 3 minutes from Montsûrs train station, the house offers all the amenities of life. COMPOSITION: 4 rooms on 2 levels. - On the ground floor: - 2 large stone terraces surround the house - 1 nice kitchen/dining room, very pleasant and fully equipped (table for 6 people) that opens onto the terraces - and 1 beautiful and comfortable living room with 2 sofas including a sofa bed, - On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms: - 1 large master bedroom (large double bed - 1.80 m X 2 m) - 1 second nice bedroom (2 separate beds - 1.80 m X 0.80), - a nice shared bathroom (old tiles, sink, bathtub-shower and toilet). - 1 beautiful stone staircase (not recommended for the elderly) and a corridor serving the 1st floor. Everywhere: comfort, neat decor (note: two old bread ovens in the living room where the inhabitants of the village used to bake their bread every Sunday), very nice views of the lovely garden and the village, furniture, lighting and refined fabrics, exposed beams, old tiles, etc. - CLEANING: included in the booking. Possibility to request more cleaning hours (€15/hour to be paid directly on-site in cash). - OPTIONAL SHEETS and TOWELS RENTAL (upon request), WITH BEDS MADE UPON ARRIVAL. Payment on site: - Sheets: double bed €10 and single bed €5 - Towels: €2 per person (2 towels/person). - GARDEN FURNITURE: 1 round iron table (6 people), 4 wooden chairs wood, 1 large ecru parasol (must be closed at night AND in case of wind or rain), 4 folding deckchairs in colored canvas, 1 wrought iron bench. - Charcoal BARBECUE. IMPORTANT, the ashes from the barbecue must be taken to the Montsûrs or Evron waste disposal site (do not throw them in the garden). - OUTDOOR GAMES available: ping-pong, swing and other games. - PARKING possible in the private driveway of the property. - SECURITY: please make sure to CLOSE THE GATE DURING THE DAY and NIGHT using the 2 metal bars. - GROCERY STORE, BAKERY and RESTAURANT located less than 200 meters away in the village. And all other shops and supermarkets within 5 km. - MANY LEISURE, SPORTS and TOURIST ACTIVITIES nearby: - In the village: 3 soccer fields, tennis and petanque. - Walks and hikes on foot or by bike around the house - 1 recreational swimming pool nearby: in EVRON (10 km) and another large swimming pool in LAVAL (20 km) - 2 nearby bodies of water for swimming including the GUE DE SELLES Leisure Center with sandy beach and water sports (pedalo, windsurfing, picnic, restaurant, fishing) and that of LA FENDERIE (Jublains road). - Boat: rental possible to go down the river "La Mayenne" and its locks. Stroll along the banks on the towpaths - Horseback riding at the Pony Club de l'Arche in MONTOURTIER (5 Km) - LAVAL-CHANGE Golf Course (20 km) - Golf Pitch & Put in MEZANGER (next to the Gué de Selle leisure site) - Sea and beaches less than 100 km away: MONT SAINT MICHEL (North) and LA BAULE (Southwest) - Many cultural and historical sites to visit including: - the Basilica of EVRON (12th - 18th century) - the village of SAINTE SUZANNE: tourist hotspot, castle, pedestrian streets, galleries, crafts, museum... - the city of LAVAL: historic center of Old Laval, cathedral, museums, gardens. - the Gallo-Roman site of JUBLAINS: ruins and museum - The Caves of SAULGE, etc. INSTRUCTIONS that we THANK YOU for FOLLOWING: - Don't make a fire in the living room. These are old decorative bread ovens (not a fireplace). - Toilets: only degradable toilet paper is allowed (but no towels, no cotton, etc.). - Velux windows (1st floor): make sure to close them in case of rain or risk of rain, and in case of absence. - Large parasol, sofa bed and ping pong table to be handled with care. Remember to fold the umbrella in case of wind or if wind is forecast. The person who will welcome you is available to show you how the sofa bed and ping-pong table work. - Baby cot and old high chair available. But be careful, they don't meet safety standards. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: - Optional but possible rental of sheets and towels: - Sheets: €10 double sheets and €5 single sheets. - Towels: €2 per person including 2 towels (1 large and 1 small). These options are to be requested/specified when renting by email. The rental price will be paid on site in euros to the person in charge. - Large outdoor PARASOL: please FOLD it every night and during the day, in case of wind or rain (condition of the parasol checked at each inventory). - 1st floor skylight WINDOWS: make sure to CLOSE them in case of rain (or risk of rain). - TOILETS - Very important instruction: use only TOILET PAPER. Do not throw anything else (no towels, no paper towels, no cotton...). - SOFA BED: please HANDLE IT CAREFULLY when using (opening and closing). The instructions for use will be shown to you upon arrival (condition of the sofa bed checked at the inventory). - BREAD OVENS: as these are old decorative bread ovens, it is forbidden to make a fire in them. - BARBECUE: to be used AT A DISTANCE from the house. The charcoal consumed must be taken to the Montsûrs landfill (located at the exit of Montsûrs towards the Chapelle Rainsouin).
