Touvent house in the middle of the forest

Family home , made of stone, in the heart of a 170 acre property where you can go for walks and children can play or build huts. This is a child friendly place with a lot of outdoor and indoor games, (ping pong table etc...). We've got animals, horses, donkey, dogs, chickens, sheep and cow to be milked ! You are welcome in our place to enjoy the farm life. wifi and if you need anything, we are close : we live 500m from the house . The space There is no central heating in the house, but a wood stove on which you can do the cooking, as well as a fire place in the living room. Guest access The house is very roomy : On the ground floor : a big live-in kitchen, a huge sitting room/dining-room, and a bedroom. Bathroom with a shower and toilets. All rooms open up directly onto the garden. On the first floor : three bedrooms and a bathroom. Other things to note It can accomodate 12 people comfortably. A supplement of 8 euros per person will be asked if you wish to try for 14 with childrens. Please note that the bathrooms are not quite up to date , even though they are functional. Tea and coffee are available, as well as the essentials (salt, sugar etc...)
