the house is facing the sea in a cul-de-sac leading to the beach and it is attached to another house The space Ground floor: a living room with fitted kitchen/room/living room with sea view and a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with sea view (one with a 160 x 200 bed and the other with 2 90 x 190 beds) and bathroom with bathtub and toilet 2nd floor: small mezzanine sleeping area with sea view (max height: 1.60 m) with 2 80 x 200 beds that can be attached to form a 160 x 200 bed accessible by a ladder-type staircase (ideal for teenagers/young adults) Guest access you can park on the street in front of the house or in the enclosed garden Other things to note From July 1 to August 31, check-in and checkout will only be on Saturdays (rental from Saturday to Saturday). The rental may be governed by a contract. For long stays: a contribution to the charges may be requested. Please let me know if you need rates based on the length of your stay.
