Wootton Manor is a listed Manor House steeped in history found at the end of a half mile private lane and at the centre of private grounds and woodland extending to 90 acres with amazing views to Exmoor, so peace and tranquility are assured. Whether you take a stroll through the private woodland, or a picnic in the meadow, even pitch a tent for the night with the ‘Wild Camping’ option. Or help feed the Giant Rabbits and bottle feed the tame lambs there’s always plenty to do at Wootton. The space Wootton Manor is a grade 2 listed Manor House steeped in history with some lovely features including original original oak beams, big fireplaces with log burners, ancient bread oven and creamery. The 'Exmoor Suite' includes guests own private sitting room with stunning views towards Exmoor. There is a fridge, Microve and kettle for guests own use complimented with tea and coffee and hot drinks facilities. The Exmoor suite comprises of two lovely bedrooms, Sitting room and Luxury shower room. The Garden room is also available on a B & B basis covered under a separate listing, a large luxury ensuite room overlooking the garden with far reaching views. Many of the rooms are hand painted with beautiful designs and original and also bespoke decorative plaster work - a work of art ! The Manor amazes guests with its magnificent far reaching views with Exmoor on the horizon. Guests can enjoy the gardens and woodland trails. Maris Is also a beautician with a beauty salon within the manor available for guest to book treatments During your stay Tom and Maris love to share the Manor and farm with you. Close to the Manor House are tame sheep and lambs, Giant rabbits, Guineas pigs, chickens and ducks.
