Chalet Waterfall: panoramic, spacious , allcomfort

Chalet Waterfall (non-smoking, 200m² living area) mainly rented out to own family. It includes all comfort, oriented to the south, built in 2012 with a fantastic panoramic view at 1,050hm. 1.5 km from the centre. The chalet offers 4 spacious luxury rooms, each with a private shower, toilet, balcony and seating corner. We have 14 beds, but we limit it (by preference) to 10 people. Game room. All bedrooms have luxury beds/bedding, pillows and blankets. Extra costs: cleaning. Parking available. The space The ground floor of Chalet Waterfall provides a spacious hallway, double garage, and also a room with a washing machine, dryer, etc. There is also a playroom with billiards, table football, darts, etc. Finally, there is a heated room to store skis and shoes. For the cycling enthusiasts there is also plenty of space to store your bike. The spacious living room, with dining table (260*100cm), 10 chairs and extra armchairs, easily accommodates up to 10 people and consists of a pleasant sitting area, a nice view and cosy corner by the stove. There is also a smart flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Spotify and local channels. You can also connect a PC to it. There is also access to a terrace (around the chalet). A cosy kitchen has all the necessary equipment and utensils (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven). -room 1 is located next to the living room, has a room with a double bed, a small living room, a separate room with a bunk bed, a separate bathroom, a separate toilet and balcony. -room 2 (right side) consists of two high sleepers, a double bed and a fifth separate bed. This room also has a separate bathroom and separate WC, as well as a private balcony. -Room 3 (centre) has a separate mini living room with desk and a single bed. A double bed on the mezzanine floor ('mezzanine') and a balcony. -room 4 (left) contains a double bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom and WC are also separate as well as a private balcony. Guest access Chalet Waterfall is for rent as a whole. We have 4 bedrooms with each 2 to 5 beds, and we can host up to 12 beds but we believe it is ideal for 8-10 people. Comfortable kitchen. 2 fridges, 2 micro waves, dishwasher, etc. Living room with WIFI, smart tv, bose sound box Garage, laundry room, drying cabinet, game room. Terrace at the front and at the back. Exterior furniture available. Other things to note Activities -Winter: first slopes @ 2km, bigger ski area 5 (closest entrance)-15km (mid of ski area). -Summer: hiking, cycling (MTB/race), parapente, rafting, enjoying the nature reserve.
