authentic belvedere house with garden

(languages spoken by the host: French, Occitan, English, Catalan, Spanish) Located 1000 m above sea level, on a sunny slope at the edge of the wild world and the human world, this beautiful mountain house in a beautiful authentic hamlet is in the heart of unspoiled nature. It has a garden with an amazing view of the border ridges and surrounding nature. Wifi, remotely programmable electric heating, wood stove, usefully equip the house. The space The accommodation is very warm and very "cozy".... a real little cocoon. It can accommodate up to 4 people, ideally two adults and two children. However, the bathroom (perfectly functional!) and the garage have not yet been redone, hence the attractive rental price... You can also enjoy the outdoors (table, chairs...) for meals in the garden... For cooking: 4 gas ovens, an electric oven (portable), a raclette, utensils, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster... The layout is as follows: on the ground floor: shower room and toilet, on the first floor the living room (with sofa bed) and the kitchen, on the second floor: the bedroom with the beds. In addition to the garden, the accommodation has a terrace adjoining the neighboring house. The whole hamlet is supplied by spring water collected a little higher up in the mountain: this water is controlled by the Couserans Water Union to guarantee its purity. The house is powered by fully renewable electricity from the green and participatory supplier Enercoop. Guest access An access guide and a "user manual" of the house will be communicated to you. IGN maps at 1:25,000 of the region (Couserans) are available on site. A paved road leads to the hamlet, and free parking is located near the house (120 m). In the hamlet, no cars circulate: you are quiet. In winter, plan equipment (chains) to access the hamlet in case the road is snowy. In snowy weather, the communal snowplow passes every day. From the house, many hikes and many streams are accessible for fishing, as well as mountain lakes (Araing pond). You are a 30-minute walk from the famous GR10 (it passes just above the house) and the sublime Cirque de la Plagne (ideal walk for families with children). Also close to Valier and especially Bulard and Mauberme (highest point of Couserans - 2880 m), the latter two can be done (one or the other) during the day, departure on foot from the house (subject to weather and terrain conditions and good physical and technical abilities: it is high mountain) Please let me know if you have any questions about hiking ;-)) Other things to note Please note, the entire building is non-smoking. Parties are completely forbidden, and from 10 p.m. no untimely noise is tolerated. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a flat-rate levy of €150 excluding any damage.
