Lots of nice restaurants with sunny terraces within walking distance, and close enough to the city center to be there in a few minutes. It has everything that a couple or a family would need for an enjoyable city break stay in Valencia’s most fashionable district. *It has an AC out of order* The space My home is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building, and it can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a very bright living room area facing the street, and very well isolated. There is also a very spacious fully-equipped kitchen, offering a bright dining area. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and one toilet. The living room features a comfortable 3-seater sofa and flat screen TV. In the fully-equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you might require for cooking a quick meal: dishwasher, oven, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, kitchenware, tableware, Nespresso machine and kettle. The kitchen is really spacious and bright, and there is a big dining area with a big table that seats 4 persons, perfect to enjoy a meal at home. The main bathroom features a standing shower. Bath amenities like shower gel / shampoo and hairdryer are provided. In the master bedroom there is a comfy king-sized bed (160x200 cm) to ensure a good night's rest, A second very bright and spacious bedroom features a truckle bed (2 beds of 80x200 cm each). Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided. The WiFi High-Speed Internet connection (Optic Fiber 50 MB) will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment is also provided with air conditioning / heating system. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note - My apartment is a touristic apartment with license and before arrival you will be asked to provide with your personal details and sing a tourist rental contract. - The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
