The Cévennes Break

Family house of 85 m² located on the heights of Chamborigaud, with stunning views of the village, Mont Lozère and the surrounding wooded hills. It offers many hiking starting points, and the river "le Luech" offers a multitude of pretty swimming spots accessible in just 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot for the more athletic! The space 85 m2 house located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Privacy and calm assured (the neighboring house is unoccupied). It can accommodate up to 9 people and is as follows: - On the ground floor: entrance to the living room/equipped kitchen, with large bay window overlooking the balcony and the pretty view. Wood stove heating (wood provided), armchairs. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. First bedroom with a king size double bed and dressing room. - Upstairs: A second bedroom with 2 single beds, one in the mezzanine. Third bedroom with a king size double bed and a loft bed, many children's games/toys available. - in the basement, accessible from the living room via a spiral staircase: a master suite with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. - Outside: parking spaces in front of the house, large space under sheltered courtyard with table and benches for outdoor dining. Access to the balcony with garden furniture, hammocks, perfect for nap time or aperitif! We have a ping pong table. Terrace below with another seating area, sandbox, overlooking the 500 m2 garden (quite steep so under supervision for small children) and the surrounding forest. The house offers some baby equipment if needed: bed, high chair, dishes and toys. A little cat named Pirouette also lives with us, she is very nice and not disturbing, a small bowl of kibble and hugs if you like are enough for her happiness!
