Make fabulous family memories in this beautiful 5 bed cottage with very large garden in the heart of Norfolk. In the heart of the Broads the River Ant is at the end of the drive and surrounded by open countryside. Great for families, friends and celebrations the house lends itself to everyone! The village pub is a short walk serving great food & real ales. Relax with a barbecue on the sunny patio whilst the children play in the garden. The many attractions are a short drive away. The space Two Brickground can be found direct. When you enter the property you'll find yourself in a very spacious hallway. To your right is the first bedroom - a large King perfect for those that can't manage the stairs! To the left is a breakfast area that leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is very large with plenty of space for creating a feast for the whole family or large group of friends! The utility room and cloakroom leads off the kitchen, where you will also find a shower room. Please note that there are a couple of steps between the downstairs bedroom and shower so whilst it's perfect for those that have limited mobility it is not really suitable for wheelchair users. At the back of the house is a very large lounge/dining room. This has a beautiful dining table to comfortably seat 10. Plenty of room for everyone. There are also plenty of sofas for a comfy night in, in front of the wood burning stove. The windows look out to the open countryside of the farm next door. At certain times of the year sheep are bought in to eat through the crops so don't be surprised if one stares back at you through the window! Upstairs the master bedroom is complete with king sized bed, built in wardrobes - so plenty of hanging space and en-suite shower room. There is a further king sized room, a double and a twin as well as a large family bathroom. So with three bathrooms in all you should avoid those morning bathroom clashes! Outside there a great patio area with large outside table, and gas bbq perfect for summer al fresco dining. There is also around quarter of an acre of well kept private gardens - perfect for family fun & games. Plenty of room for at least three cars to park. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house and garden. The parking area is shared with the neighbours. Other things to note Canoes, Kayaks and Dayboats can be rented nearby at Wayford Bridge (approx 3 miles) If you bring your own you can launch them for free at the Staithe just a few seconds walk (Broads licence or GB Canoe licence required) The local pub, The Cross Keys, offers our guests 10% off their food bill.
