The Villa, perched on the peak of Conconello, offers a breathtaking and spectacular location just 5 minutes from Trieste Center or the train station. This serene retreat features an independent fenced parking area and an external swimming pool, making it an ideal getaway for singles, couples, and business travelers seeking tranquility during their stay. The space We are welcoming dogs, who can make acquaintance with Angie, a lovely 14-year-old Golden Retriever. The swimming pool is just amazing, utilizing electrolysis technology, which means no chlorine is used. Guests are responsible for their own safety while using the pool, which has a depth ranging from 1.60 meters to 1.90 meters. Cyclists can securely store and lock their bikes inside, with plenty of cycling trails available from the Villa. Automobile parking is reserved exclusively for guests, with a fenced area accessible via remote control. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire first floor of the Villa, which includes a Parking Zone, Bathroom, Breakfast Room, Panoramic Terrace, and the Swimming pool area equipped with lounge chairs, a sun-shower, and a patio. Enjoy the full range of amenities designed for relaxation and comfort. During your stay I am a very sweet, gentle, and open-minded lady who speaks Italian, Slovenian, Croatian, and English. Everyone is more than welcome! Other things to note The Villa is situated in a tranquil green residential neighborhood, where guests are kindly requested to respect the peaceful environment. Additionally, a local Tourist Tax of € 2,30 per person per night has been introduced by the Trieste Municipality, effective from June 1st, 2018. This tax is payable directly at Villa Bella Vista at the conclusion of your stay.
