There are 3 apartments located in a villa with minimal architecture, newly built, with a swimming pool shared between the 3 apartments. Very intimate and exclusive residence, dedicated to families and couples looking for relaxation in a dream setting. The space The accommodation is located on the attic floor of the property overlooking the pool below and the solarium, as well as the sea. The accommodation is accessible on foot or directly by internal elevator. It has a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, for a total of 5 beds guaranteed by the possibility of using the sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, standard fridge, induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, various utensils, dishes, cleaning products and linens. Outside it has a large balcony with table and chairs entirely facing the sea and with a view of the pool. Bathrooms are equipped with a bidet. There are 2 TVs with the possibility of satellite/internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine, ironing board and iron, electric broom. You can wash your own laundry and hang it outside. The rooms have open closets. The beds have Memory Foam mattresses (standard size 160*200 double, 80*190 single, 160*200 sofa bed) that adapt to body weight and shape, the hardness is medium. Each window is equipped with two or more shading, darkening, and external protection systems for greater privacy and/or insects. For families with children, a "next to me" model crib for the first months of life, a camping bed and an Ikea-type high chair are available upon request. There is also an exclusive outdoor space arranged in a garden equipped with sun loungers, sunny until late afternoon, adjacent to the entrance of the accommodation. Parking is outside the property, very close, guaranteed with a ticket in the summer. Guest access The outdoor pool and solarium are shared among the property's 3 apartments. The solarium is organized into 3 spaced-out areas, each accommodation has a dedicated area. Only guests of the 3 apartments belonging to the property can access the pool. The opening date of the pool varies depending on the weather conditions, approximately from Easter to October, for confirmation contact the host. The swimming pool is subject to internal regulations that must be respected. In the mid-seasons, heating is possible up to 25 degrees due to the external weather conditions, to be agreed in advance during the reservation, this is an extra cost. There is a play area for children on the pool floor. The property offers free WiFi and is equipped with an elevator serving all floors that gives direct access to each accommodation. Each accommodation is pleasantly furnished, has ample living spaces inside and outside and enjoys every comfort. Sandy beaches and crystal clear sea are a few minutes drive away. Parking is immediately outside the property (30ml), public type, from 06/15 to 09/15 a ticket is provided to be affixed in view that guarantees parking usable throughout the municipal territory. Other things to note This is a residence dedicated to families and couples. In order to ensure the best stay for our guests, given the privacy of the structure, it is not possible to host groups of children in more than 4 who, in any case, must strictly comply with the internal regulations with particular reference to the noise and use of the pool. The number of people listed on the reservation is mandatory. In case you want to add people to the stay, without prejudice to the capacity of beds, it will be necessary to communicate it directly to the host, who has the right to request an additional contribution for the additional cleaning costs and linens to be provided.
