Relaxation stage in the countryside (air-conditioned accommodation)

Charming 80 m2 detached house in a quiet property, in the heart of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Our accommodation is located 1 hour from Paris by the A6, 15 minutes from Montargis, 20 minutes from Nemours, and 10 minutes from Château-Landon, Great for a stay with family or friends in the colors of nature, great for remote working in peace. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the accommodation is not returned in an acceptable condition. The space Main Floor: A large friendly living room with lounge / dining room, TV, wifi, board games and children's games available, guitar for musicians! The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need to cook at home – fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher (welcome pods provided), utensils, dishes and small appliances. Tassimo coffee makers and filter (welcome pods available). + Upstairs: Sleeps 6 bedroom 1= 3 beds 90*190 + 1 umbrella bed (baby) bedroom 2= 1 bed 160*200 + 1 bed in 90*190 Shower room with jetted shower, washing machine, baby bath and changing table available. Outdoors: Free car parking on the property that can accommodate multiple vehicles. Direct access to the park from the property. Guests can enjoy garden furniture, barbecue and ping pong table. The donkey, ram, chickens, and ducks live free in the park. Our two dogs sometimes come to visit. All our animals are kind and accustomed to guests, they may come to greet you! Our small village and the surrounding countryside are good for walking or jogging. Thank you in advance for leaving the place tidy. Used sheets and towels should be left in the bathroom, dishes put away and garbage cans taken out before you leave.
