Relaxation stage in the countryside (air-conditioned accommodation)

Charming 80 m2 detached house in a quiet property, in the heart of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Our accommodation is located 1 hour from Paris by the A6, 15 minutes from Montargis, 20 minutes from Nemours, and 10 minutes from Château-Landon, Great for a stay with family or friends in the colors of nature, great for remote working in peace. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the accommodation is not returned in an acceptable condition. The space Main Floor: A large, friendly living room with living/dining room, TV, Wi-Fi, board games and children's games available, guitar for musicians! The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to cook like at home - fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher (welcome pods provided), utensils, dishes and small appliances. Tassimo coffee machines and filter (welcome pods available). + Upstairs: Sleeping arrangements for 6 people bedroom 1 = 3 beds of 90*190 + 1 folding crib (baby) bedroom 2 = 1 bed 160*200 + 1 bed 90*190 Shower room with jet shower, washing machine, baby bath and changing table available. Exterior: Free parking on the property that can accommodate several vehicles. Direct access to the park from the property. Guests can enjoy the garden furniture, BBQ and ping pong table. The donkey, ram, chickens and ducks live freely in the park. Our two dogs sometimes come to visit them. All our animals are nice and used to visitors, they may come to greet you! Our small village and the surrounding countryside are conducive to walking or jogging. Thank you in advance for leaving the accommodation tidy. The sheets and towels used must be left in the bathroom, the dishes put away and the garbage cans emptied before you leave.
