This semi-detached house is located in a medieval building registered in the list of historic buildings with a magnificent view of the Lot river. This very comfortable residence has 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. You will appreciate the calm and the view of the Lot valley in a unique building. Optional: Household linen not included in the rental. It provided on request prior to the stay: 13 € / person and per stay, to be paid on the day of your arrival. The space The confrontation of old and restored walls with a contemporary layout gives this dwelling an incomparable character. This 13th century medieval palace, called "borie", is the best preserved of the 6 identified in the Lot Valley. Heating is included in the rental price (except firewood: on request in cold weather). On demand: - Household linen (bed linen, towels) is not included in the rental. It can be provided to you on request and is subject to a charge of € 13 /passenger (to be paid upon arrival in cash or cheque). - In cold weather, firewood can be requested in addition (information and prices, consult the owners). Guest access You enter this house by the staircase and the terrace facing the village square. At this level, a large space consisting of a kitchen with large dining table and a living room with fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated (dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine and dryer). On 3 of the 4 walls, the medieval coatings have been preserved and restored; their coloring due to chimney fires resembles cave paintings. Old walls and new surfaces with contemporary furniture create interesting contrasts. The two bedrooms are on the lower floor; each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and wc.
