"Sotto gli Scaloni" is a 45-square-meter two-room apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in the historic center of Agropoli. Located at the foot of the medieval Scalone, it is within walking distance of the sea. The excellent location allows you to do your grocery shopping, go shopping, and go to the beach without a car. It directly overlooks the main street of the nightlife district, ideal for experiencing the festive atmosphere of the town from the windows of the apartment. Ideal for those traveling by train, just a 15- to 20-minute walk from the station. The space Guests will be able to use the entire, fully furnished apartment. The apartment with: - comfortable living area with equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and cookware), extendable table, and double sofa bed; - a large bedroom (double bed + a single bed that can be converted into a double bed if necessary); - a comfortable and fully equipped bathroom, with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer; It can accommodate up to 4/5 people. Bed linens, bath linens, cleaning kit, laundry drying rack, ironing board and iron, and a beach umbrella are provided for the stay. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire apartment. Other things to note The apartment has a fire extinguisher. There is no need for a carbon monoxide detector as the utility is for domestic use and all devices, including appliances and the water heater, are exclusively electric. You will need to present a valid ID and pay the accommodation tax of €1.50 per person per day for the first 10 days in cash. Any damage to objects or the property will result in a request for compensation.  We are not responsible for personal items left behind inside the property after check-out. Guests are fully responsible for any shipping of lost items. Parking near the apartment is allowed only for loading and unloading, and must be arranged with the host.
