Beautiful studio, own garden, logburner & en suite

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor. The space Accessed via a garden gate at the end of the driveway, the studio enjoys its own lawn, patio area (with chairs and table available) and two fixings under the flyover roof for suspending a hanging chair (also provided). The large bi-fold doors glide across to open up almost the entire frontage to the private garden if desired. The beautiful wooden floor in the main room enjoys underfloor heating, and a stunning log burner sits on a brick plinth at one end. In the bathroom are a shower, sink, mirror, toilet, and heated towel rail. Other things to note Kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, mugs, glasses, bowls & spoons provided (please note that there are no kitchen facilities). Iron & board are available on request. A BBQ is also available (let us know if you want to use it and we can provide additional plates etc. Please bring your own charcoal and firelighters to use). Thickly lined curtains help to achieve very dark conditions at night. The solid oak, king sized bed has a high quality comfortable firm mattress for a great night's sleep. We can provide an additional single mattress with bedding to put on the floor for a third guest if required. (Please note, plenty of free on street parking is available within 50m of our front door. The driveway at the side of house is shared with our neighbour, so is not available for parking in order not to block the garage at the end. Thank you!)
