The house is cosy, bright, and certainly comfortable. It is surrounded by Sicilian vegetation such as orange and lemon trees, mint plants and colourful oleanders. The space A kitchen/living room composed by a fully equipped brand-new kitchen with a large multi-function oven, a set of pots, cutlery and what you need for enjoying your cooking and of course enjoying your meals! - 2 large bedrooms, both with double side bed (and sofa that can become double side bed). - 1 bedroom for kids (with a cradle). -1 bathroom with a bath & shower, a toilet and a bidet. -Washing machine in the bathroom Garden In front of the house there is an ample terrace where you can enjoy your time sipping a moka Italian coffee and reading a book. In the terrace there is a garden umbrella and a barbecue.Part of the terrace can be used also as private parking space. The house owns a private entrance with an electrical gate, in this way you can spend your holiday in total relax, privacy and safety.
