Modern family home welcomes you. We welcome you! We will endeavour to make your stay memorable, comfortable and as pleasant an experience as we can make it. The room is a pleasant double room with an ensuite, TV and tea and coffee in the room. The space Newly decorated, grey tones, double bedroom with ensuite shower and TV, tea, coffee and biscuits. Hairdryer. Limited storage space. Please respect our wishes for no hot food to be eaten in the room. Do feel free to use the dining room for any take away meals. We do not accommodate pets. Guest access You will enjoy a family atmosphere, we have three small dogs who love guests. At the end of a long day, relax in the hot tub or take a pleasant walk along the sea shore accessible from our garden gate. You will also have access to WIFI and refreshments in your room. You are most welcome to relax in the garden in the decking room which has very comfy sofas and is well lit if you fancy dining there too. There is ample parking on the driveway. We are 10 minutes walk from Fareham town centre, 20 minutes from Portsmouth and 25 minutes from Southampton by car. Portsmouth has wonderful retail areas, the main one being Gunwharf Quays, as well as oodles of marinas. Southampton has West Quay and Whiteley is a retail village, so many shops, so little time! We are also 5 minutes from lots of lovely, friendly, local pubs, Cams Mill being the closest and if you are a golfer, Cams Hall Golf Club is 5 minutes down the road. There is also a beautiful sea shore walk from our house around the golf course to Cams Mill, where they serve both bar snacks and a full menu. For a more traditional pub, The Delme offers basic cheap bar food. During your stay We will of course be here to greet our guests and help them with any queries. They will have the choice of family sitting room or private sitting room. We do not provide cooked breakfast or evening meals. For breakfast we provide a selection of cereals, toast, tea, coffee and juice. We do not offer accommodation for pets.
