Ream Hills Farmhouse ideal for family celebrations

Ream Hills Farmhouse – Delightful family farmhouse sleeping up to 17 guests. It features a grand entrance hallway and staircase, large family living room, 2nd smaller living room, family dining kitchen, 6 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor & 5 on first floor), downstairs games room, utility room and downstairs toilet & cloakroom. Outside in the back garden there is a hot tub and outdoor table & chairs. The beautiful gardens feature a fenced in pond and large lawn. The space When you enter the farmhouse via the side kitchen entrance door you walk through the dining areas & the fully fitted kitchen . The utility room leads off the kitchen with french doors into the rear garden. As you enter into the impressive hallway with feature staircase, doorways lead onto 2 family lounges and a large games room with snooker table, table tennis & football table and additional seating and also french doors onto the rear garden. Downstairs there is one double bedroom with easy access to the cloaks room (including WC & hand basin) Upstairs you will find 5 further bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC, bidet & hand basin Bedroom 1. Family bedroom with king size bed and 2 x single beds, settee seating area, large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath, WC and hand basin (sleeps 4) Bedroom 2. Family bedroom with king size bed and 2 x single beds (sleeps 4) Bedroom 3. Master bedroom with king size bed, large wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC, bidet and hand basin (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4. There is a £300 damage deposit required on arrival, which is refundable after house inspection on departure, thank you.
