Traditional New Forest cottage near Lymington

Ivy cottage is a traditional New Forest thatched house set in its own lovely gardens in the heart of the New Forest. The beautiful seaside town of Lymington is a 10 minute drive away. The property has two bedrooms in the main house and a separate two room chalet. The space Ivy Cottage is a traditional New Forest Cob and thatch property situated in the heart of the new forest. Ponies, donkeys and cows graze wild within the forest. The cottage has its own garden and direct access to the forest. The cottage is in the small village of Norley Wood, which is a 10 minute drive from the seaside town of Lymington. The main cottage is a quirky traditional building with wood burning stove and low ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with a lovely conservatory. The main house has two bedrooms both with double beds. The cottage also has a separate chalet which is accessed across the patio from the main house. The chalet has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a separate sitting room/ bedroom with single bed that can convert to two single beds or one queen size bed. Pets are welcome subject to additional terms and a small additional fee. Other things to note The property is a grade 2 listed cob and thatch cottage so it's a little quirky with ceiling heights and steps. For this reason we don't believe it is suitable for guests with disabilities.
