Our residence was designed by a capeverdean composer and poet who got inspired by the superb panoramic view of the bay. We converted it into a small warm and cozy B&B, with rooms, suites and studios to suit all budgets. The space Sincopode : for up to 3 adults. 28 m². Very quiet. Window to backyard. Private bathroom with hot water. Lounge. Ceiling fans. Safe. Daily cleaning included. Less than five years old children are free of charge. Guest access Free Wi-Fi (available throughout the B&B). Access to two terraces with outstanding panoramic views. Cable TV in the main lounge. Other things to note Important information : since May 1st, 2013, the government of Cape Verde introduced a new tourist tax that applies to all travellers aged 16 years or older. Its amount is 2€ per person per night and is limited to 10 consecutive nights in the same hotel (20€ per person per stay maximum).
