The gallery owner's rooftop. The first floor of this townhouse is for you. With 75 m2 divided into 3 spacious bedrooms, a lounge area and a bathroom with Italian shower. You will also have shared access to the rooftop, this roof terrace is ideal for an aperitif at the end of the day on sunny days. The house is in the heart of the pedestrian city center of Niort, quiet and bright, 200 m from the dungeon and the halls. The space In the tradition of the early days of Airbnb, we transformed the floor previously occupied by our older children into a pleasant rental space. We welcome you on the first floor, while we live on the second floor. On the floor dedicated to you, you will have access to a large main room, including a double bed 140 cm, a sofa (which turns into a comfortable bench seat 110 cm for a 6th traveler), a living room area, a shower room and a separate toilet, which are dedicated to you. There is also access to the other two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with a 100 cm single bed. During your stay We will be there to welcome you, and remain at your disposal for any further useful information. You will have at your disposal a Nespresso machine and coffee capsules, a kettle with an assortment of teas, fruit juice, and brioche for your breakfast.
