Private room with garden and pool view

Very quiet room with bathroom/toilet nearby that will be shared with other roommates. Possibility of lunch and/or dinner in the shared kitchen. House located in a subdivision without car traffic, by the forest and river. Ext. garage + Wi-Fi. NOTE: room being renovated on plasterboard but perfectly clean and habitable. The pool is not usable because it is under maintenance, swimming is possible in the river located 3 minutes away on foot The space Very quiet, by the forest and river, swimming pool with garden, less than 10 minutes from the city center of Toulouse. Village shopping mall 5 min walk. Guest access Kitchen, garden, laundry, bike garage and swimming pool. The living room is accessible upon prior request when I am not present in the house. During your stay If guests need to chat or need advice on the area, I am available. Other things to note No dogs allowed because a cat is present. On the other hand, cats are welcome :)
