2 apartments, 5 bedrooms in a house near the city center

Hello, We rent 2 apartments on top of each other. The apartments are located in a small townhouse from 1880 and are 1.7 km from the center (central station). Both apartments can accommodate a maximum of 16 persons. There are 5 bedrooms with the layout 4/2/3/2/2 and 2 living rooms where 2 more people could sleep on the sofa bed. The space Both apartments are equipped with fitted kitchens and each have a bathroom with toilet. In the lower apartment there are 2 separate bedrooms (one with 2 double beds 160 x 200, the other with a double bed (160 x 200) and an open living room/kitchen with sofa bed (140 x 200). In the upper apartment there are 2 small bedrooms each equipped with a 160 x 200 cm pull-out bed, 1 large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200) and in the living room there is the sofa bed (140 x 200). There are therefore 5 separate bedrooms in both apartments plus the 2 living rooms. Guest access Both apartments are available to you alone. Other things to note There are several shopping facilities in the vicinity, such as Aldi, Konsum and Netto. There are several bars and places to eat. We would especially like to recommend the Brothers in Eisenbahnstr. 85, where you can dine at any time (including breakfast/rolls) and the Pizzaria Tito in Hildegardstr. 6 with great value for money. It is best to order pizzas and pick them up yourself. Sheets and towels are provided by us. There is no smoking in the apartment/building. If smoking occurs in the apartment/building, this will result in an immediate trip cancellation and a contractual penalty of €500 will be charged. The accommodation tax of the city of Leipzig is charged separately and must be paid on site. It is usually 5% of the booking price for adults. The exact amount will be communicated in advance.
