The space Duplex at the foot of the mountain with 4 suite-bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. All rooms have spectacular views and incredible light (even the bathrooms!). They can comfortably sleep up to 12 people in beds: 3 doubles and 6 singles (or 4 doubles and 4 singles). Ideal for 4 couples, with or without children, as well as for groups of friends and professional teams on work trips-retreats, or anti-stress retreats. Very quiet residential area with free parking right in front. On the ground floor, the duplex has a living area (dining room-lounge with kitchen), large terrace with pool (with outdoor furniture) and a bathroom with shower. In addition, on this floor there is also a double room with a complete bathroom (shower) and a work table, which has direct access to the terrace and the pool. In the dining room there are 2 sofa beds, where children could sleep if necessary, but they are not very comfortable. Upper floor: 3 large suites (+ 35 m2 each), all with private bathrooms. Healthy heating through low temperature underfloor heating. 1 Gb fiber optic Wi-Fi. Modern facilities, all spacious and in a minimalist style. The Villa was designed by the architect Roger Páez i Blanch. NOTE: Due to the situation of the regional water reserves, local organizations recommend that excessive water consumption be avoided.
